We are the data controller of your personal information.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication details. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email and basic profile information from that provider. Your timezone is captured from your browser so daily limits reset at your local midnight.
Rep content
To deliver the core feature, we collect the voice recordings you make, the transcripts produced from them, and the rubric scores, citations, and notes generated for each rep. This content can reveal what you say, so we treat it carefully and store it privately.
Payment information
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We retain billing metadata such as your subscription status, plan, and renewal date.
Usage and technical information
We collect product analytics (such as pages viewed and actions taken) and standard technical data (such as device and browser information) to operate and improve the Service.
3. How AI processing works
To score a rep, your audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and your transcript is sent to Anthropic for scoring. These providers process this content on our behalf solely to deliver the feature. We do not use your recordings or transcripts to train AI models.
4. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Service); your consent (for optional analytics such as session replay); and compliance with legal obligations.
